## The honest read

A dishwasher that wasn't working properly was diagnosed and fixed on the first visit, a recent Google customer says. A recent customer says the technician explained the issue in simple terms and completed the repair professionally.

A 2022 customer who purchased an electric dryer said Mr Baez was in and out within 15 minutes and even took the non-working dryer away. That 2022 customer noted a 6 month warranty on the used dryer and wrote "In and out for $175."

A 2023 customer who bought a washer and dryer said the dryer wasn't working right and that, after calling, they waited over a month and nobody came. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that the business doesn't exist anymore.

**Strengths:**
- First-visit dishwasher fix — a recent customer says it was diagnosed and fixed
- A plain explanation — a recent customer says the technician explained in simple terms

**Concerns:**
- A dryer no-show — a 2023 customer waited over a month after calling
- Closure claim — a 2025 reviewer wrote the business doesn't exist anymore

**Where sources disagree:**
- A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that the business doesn't exist anymore, while two 2026 Google reviews describe repairs.
