# CCK2 Cleaning Services **Trade:** House Cleaning · **Address:** 154 Farnham St, Lawrence, MA 01843 · **Phone:** (978) 601-2992 · **Languages:** English, Spanish **Rating: 2.9/5** (low confidence) — from 4 reviews across 4 sources. ## The honest read CCK2 Cleaning Services is a one-person cleaning business in Lawrence run by owner Yohanny Cespedes. According to a 2016 NBC News profile, Cespedes moved to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic at 19 to attend college in Boston, cleaned houses to make extra money as a student, and built the business after graduating from Springfield College. Its Angi profile says the company was established in 2004 and serves clients in Spanish as well as English. The written record here is a decade old: four Angi reviews, all from January to March 2016, are split between three five-star accounts praising efficient, courteous cleaning and one three-star review that simply called the experience 'ok.' There's nothing on file since. Angi shows an overall 4.6 stars from those 5 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ with no complaints, though it isn't accredited and the file wasn't opened until 2022. Its Angi profile also describes the business as minority- and woman-owned and states it's SDO certified, though no certificate number is published and that isn't independently verified here. With a one-person operation and a review history that stops in 2016, it's worth confirming current availability and getting recent references before booking. **Strengths:** - Positive early reviews — three 2016 Angi reviews praised efficient work - Bilingual service — company says it serves clients in Spanish **Concerns:** - Dated review history — Angi reviews are all from 2016, none since ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2016 NBC News profile said owner Yohanny Cespedes moved to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic at 19, cleaned houses as a college student in Boston, and built the business after graduating from Springfield College. _(confidence: medium)_ - [nbcnews.com](https://www.nbcnews.com/news/latino/massachusetts-town-growing-latino-presence-fosters-entrepreneurship-n686896) — “nbcnews.com — Yohanny Cespedes moved to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic when she was 19 years old to go to college in Boston.
