## The honest read

Deep cleans that turn into regular visits: a recent Google customer said they used Cecilia's Quality Cleanings first for a deep cleaning and then bi-weekly. On its Thumbtack profile, the business describes an independent woman with more than 20 years of hands-on cleaning experience, the past 10 in the US, cleaning residential and office properties in the Seacoast area of NH. Thumbtack shows 4.9 stars from 38 ratings, and Google shows 5 stars from 6.

A 2024 customer said Cecilia came with a total of 4 women to get a big basement cleaning project done. A 2024 Google reviewer said they were on time, brought their own supplies and worked independently, with the quote the same day and service on the next business day. A 2024 customer said Cecelia and her team cleaned an apartment, from the floors to the bathroom, oven and microwave. A 2024 customer said Cecilia and her team deep cleaned the home and were then hired for bi-weekly cleaning.

In 2024, a Thumbtack customer said Cecilia quoted $400 for a deep cleaning, then messaged after the cleaning asking for an additional $175 beyond the agreed price. That 2024 customer also said three windows were left open and some surfaces had not been thoroughly cleaned.

- A big basement job — a 2024 customer said four women came to finish it
- Next-day service — a 2024 customer got a same-day quote

**Concerns:**
- An added $175 charge — a 2024 customer was asked after a $400 quote
