The company says it has been in business for 20 years, and its website lists a service area that includes Concord, Bow, Franklin, Boscawen and Dunbarton. On the BBB it describes its work as custom home building and additions. A 2014 Houzz customer said they had hired the company for insulation, replacement windows, re-shingling, and kitchen, living room and bathroom renovations, and no longer bid projects out. In a 2026 Google review, Team Engineering said it had supported Cedar Mill Group projects for years and kept referring clients to the company.
