A 2025 customer said a couple of wasp nests had become a problem. That customer wrote that Drew, the technician, showed up on time, identified the two nests, walked around the house and the garage and identified one more, then came back a week later to remove the nests. A 2025 reviewer wrote that they were able to come the next business day and that a spray cost $150. When that reviewer was seeing a little more activity, the reviewer wrote, they came before 9am the next morning, sprayed and explained what was likely going on. A 2025 customer said they answered the phone on a Friday, arranged service for Monday and charged a reasonable price, and was completely satisfied assuming the yellow jackets were no longer a problem. A 2025 customer raised environmental concerns about mouse control, writing that the company only offered services that kill the mice rather than fixing how they get in, using poison "stations", and that the company said "they can't control where they eventually die". **Strengths:** - Wasp nest removal — a 2025 customer said Drew found a third nest - Next-morning return visit — a 2025 reviewer said they came before 9am - Friday call answered — a 2025 customer said service was arranged for Monday **Concerns:** - Poison bait stations — a 2025 customer worried other animals could be poisoned ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company says it has been in business for 35 years _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](https://centralexterminatingservices.com) — “Self-reported 35 years in business” - A 2025 customer said Drew identified two wasp nests, found a third, and came back a week later to remove the nests _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pNNE1tNVFOVFJTUzFoVmNYaFRWMGhtZGxobVluYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x66926898bb1e9432!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjM4Mm5QNTRSS1hVcXhTV0hmdlhmYnc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We had a couple of wasp nests that were becoming a problem.
