The company says it has been in business 34 years, and its website lists a service area that includes Ansonia, Bethany, Branford, Cheshire, Guilford and Hamden. A recent customer who registered online for the first time said that when they called in for help, he was there to walk them through the system immediately. A 2025 customer with a broken gauge ran out of oil during a cold spell and said they were at the house in an hour with 20 gallons to get by until the truck came the next day to fill the tank. A 2026 customer who ordered oil for a Tuesday in Wallingford said the delivery had not come by 5:00, then the driver showed up at 7:00 pm and said one of the guys was sick, so he and another guy split his route. A 2025 customer who switched from another supplier said the process could be done completely online and the first delivery came on time, at a savings over the old supplier. A 2025 reviewer said the family had been customers for over 30 years. A 2026 customer said they paid extra for emergency delivery early one day and the oil did not arrive until later the next day.
