In a 2021 review, a homeowner with a weird leak under the tub drainage wrote that with one look Carlo knew where the problem was, and that he was very quick. He agreed to be paid only after they double checked that the pipe no longer leaked, and came back the next day to double check the job before handing over the bill. In a 2022 review, a customer appreciated that they took the time to come out, examine the problem and talk through potential solutions. A 2025 review called Carlo experienced, honest and reliable, and said he came in a pinch. In a 2024 review, a customer who had used Carlo many times said he agreed to reschedule a two-toilet install after the toilets were not delivered when expected, then never responded to two calls and a text once they arrived.
