In that September 2026 Google review, the customer described the pricing as fair and transparent from start to finish. Another September reviewer said the worker arrived on time and took care of the dishwasher without problems. The Quincy business has a 5-star Google average from eight ratings. Its website names Boston and nearby communities, including Brookline, Cambridge, Braintree, Dedham and Duxbury, among its service areas. The company says it is insured. The website sets out a $95 service-call fee, waived if the customer goes ahead with the repair: customers pay either the service call or the parts and labor, rather than both. An August 2026 reviewer described contacting Paul about a fridge problem after the original vendor stopped responding. Paul was available on short notice and drove toward the property, but the customer canceled when the vendor finally responded and Paul was about four minutes away. The reviewer said he did not charge for the trip and praised his fast communication. That account describes a canceled appointment, rather than a completed fridge repair. **Strengths:** - Repair explanations — September 2026 customer praised realistic options without expensive upselling - Dishwasher repair — September 2026 customer reported punctual arrival and a problem-free repair - Canceled appointment — August 2026 reviewer said Paul charged nothing for the trip ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A September 2026 Google reviewer said the dishwasher issue and realistic options were explained clearly, without pressure toward the most expensive solution. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=13584749598631984758&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I’ve had mixed experiences in the past, so I paid close attention this time.
