A recent customer who has used them three times, for cutting large trees down and trimming, said what you get for the price is better than other companies. A recent customer of Chinchilla Tree Removal said they worked quickly while paying close attention to safety and left the area clean when the job was done. A 2026 customer said Endy, the owner, helped repair damage to that customer's fence so the dog could remain safely inside. In a 2020 review, a customer said Endy and his crew removed two large limbs from a red oak, with very limited space to work in and the limb over the customer's house. That 2020 customer also said that when they pointed out sawdust piled against the tree and shed, Endy said they had cleaned up as much as they were going to, and the customer filled a 35 gallon trash bucket with the shavings. A 2021 customer said they took down quite a few more branches than planned and did not charge for the extra work. A 2024 customer on HomeAdvisor said that after an estimate for a tree trim, they showed up three weeks later with no advance notice, cut branches in the middle of the tree instead of trimming it from the top, and took away privacy from a neighbor's windows. **Strengths:** - A yearly return visit — a recent customer has them out once a year - Extra branches, no charge — a 2021 customer was not billed for added branches - A clean work area — a recent customer said they left the area clean **Concerns:** - An unannounced tree trim — a 2024 customer said they cut mid-tree, not the top - Sawdust cleanup — a 2020 customer filled a 35 gallon bucket afterward ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer has them out once a year to do another round of tree work _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xrME1ETTFWRmxhY0hrME9VNVRMVkF0U3pSVWNFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe8a03fca7cde8adc!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlk0MDM1VFlacHk0OU5TLVAtSzRUcEE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ The best tree business in the state.
