The customer said communication was not the best when the project got delayed, and that once the job was done they cleaned everything up. When the customer added a few more things on the second day, they said the price that came back was more than fair. A customer said Choate has taken down multiple trees and ground probably a dozen stumps on their properties, and that each time "they leave like there was never a tree there." One customer said Dash and his crew did everything they asked for, quickly, and cleaned up all debris; that customer has used the family for tree work for over 20 years, starting with Dash's dad. A customer said the crew was neat, clean and fast, and praised the pricing. On Google the company holds 5 stars from 11 ratings. **Strengths:** - A large removal job — a customer had 7 large dead trees taken down - Stump grinding — a customer said they ground probably a dozen stumps - Debris cleanup — a customer said Dash and his crew cleaned up all debris - Added-work pricing — a customer said the second-day price was more than fair **Concerns:** - Delay communication — a customer said communication was not the best during a delay ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A customer hired Choate Tree Service to cut down 7 large dead trees, 4 smaller ones and several branches _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21FMVRtVjFjR0psTUZoMWF6TnZiMTlLVUZZeVowRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xabb6c6db1b85b10!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmE1TmV1cGJlMFh1azNvb19KUFYyZ0E%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I hired Choate Tree Service for a pretty big project in my yard, which included cutting down 7 large dead trees, 4 smaller ones, and seve…” - A customer said communication was not the best when their project got delayed _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21FMVRtVjFjR0psTUZoMWF6TnZiMTlLVUZZeVowRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xabb6c6db1b85b10!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmE1TmV1cGJlMFh1azNvb19KUFYyZ0E%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I hired Choate Tree Service for a pretty big project in my yard, which included cutting down 7 large dead trees, 4 smaller ones, and seve…” - A customer said the price for work added on the second day was more than fair _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21FMVRtVjFjR0psTUZoMWF6TnZiMTlLVUZZeVowRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xabb6c6db1b85b10!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmE1TmV1cGJlMFh1azNvb19KUFYyZ0E%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I hired Choate Tree Service for a pretty big project in my yard, which included cutting down 7 large dead trees, 4 smaller ones, and seve…” - A customer said they took down multiple trees and ground probably a dozen stumps on their properties _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2t0UWJEQk5NekYzVTFoTmJrY3RhREJ6YTBWbWNtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xabb6c6db1b85b10!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOktQbDBNMzF3U1hNbkctaDBza0Vmcmc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Exceptional doesn’t cut it for how good Choate Tree Service is.
