In an August 2026 Google review, a customer says Chris came out several hours after the call and fixed a leaking bathroom faucet and a dripping shower valve with inconsistent temperature and pressure. The same reviewer says that on an earlier call, Chris found that only the outside faucet's supply pipe was leaking, dripping onto a baseboard heat pipe below, when calling both leaks would have meant draining the boiler at a cost of over $500. An April 2025 Angi customer says Chris called within 10 minutes of a Monday-night request and replaced an outdoor faucet the next morning in less than 45 minutes. In a March 2023 review, Chris installed three new valves and a new toilet and found a cracked flange suspected of causing a leak through the ceiling.
