The company describes itself as offering lawn care, landscaping, hardscapes and 24/7 snow and ice management for homes and commercial properties in Warren, Kent, Litchfield and Washington, CT. A recent customer wrote that it is owned and operated by Michael Guidice. That same customer listed jobs running from brush removal, mulching and moving topsoil up to large bluestone patios, rock retaining walls and steps, and drainage design and installation, and said they often show up on short notice and finish on schedule at reasonable prices. Mike and his team built a paver patio in the backyard and redesigned the front landscaping for one recent customer. In a 2024 review, a customer who moved into a new construction with basically no landscaping said Mike had 3D renderings produced so they could see the finished project. A 2022 customer said Mike created and installed two separate bluestone walkways and entrances. A 2026 customer said Mike had someone at the drive in 20 minutes during a snow emergency. A 2025 customer who called on a Sunday to have the driveway plowed said it was done within an hour. A 2025 customer said Mike has also done some masonry work on the property. A recent customer said they came to plow the driveway, took $120, got stuck and were pulled out, then drove away, leaving the customer and an ill son trapped in two feet of snow with no response to many texts. A 2025 customer said they cut the grass one time, did not come back and never answered calls or voicemails. A 2023 customer said they failed to show up for a scheduled visit three times and then stopped responding. **Strengths:** - Bluestone patio work — a recent customer described patios, rock walls and steps - Fast snow response — a 2026 customer said someone arrived within 20 minutes - Weekly mowing — a 2025 customer said they show up like clockwork - Design renderings — a 2024 customer said Mike had 3D renderings produced **Concerns:** - A plow visit — a recent customer said they got stuck and drove away - Dropped mowing service — a 2025 customer said they mowed once, never returned - A missed estimate — a 2023 customer said they failed to show three times ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes its work as lawn care, landscaping, hardscapes and 24/7 snow and ice management in Warren, Kent, Litchfield and Washington, CT _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://classicoutdoorsct.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Classic Outdoors builds long-term relationships by delivering expert lawn care, landscaping, hardscapes, an…” - A recent customer wrote that the business is owned and operated by Michael Guidice _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2paclpIVTJjWE50YW5KUWVFUm5iRkJsVjJSS0xVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4ce79dd5018b6efe!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjZrZHU2cXNtanJQeERnbFBlV2RKLUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ From relatively minor tasks (e.g. getting rid of brush, mulching, mowing, moving topsoil, snow plowing), to major projects like building …” - A recent customer described bluestone patios, rock retaining walls and steps, and drainage work _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2paclpIVTJjWE50YW5KUWVFUm5iRkJsVjJSS0xVRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4ce79dd5018b6efe!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjZrZHU2cXNtanJQeERnbFBlV2RKLUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ From relatively minor tasks (e.g. getting rid of brush, mulching, mowing, moving topsoil, snow plowing), to major projects like building …” - Built a paver patio and redesigned front landscaping for a recent customer _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25STmVXdHdhR1F3TWs4eVdWSkVjVUpmZDIwd1UzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4ce79dd5018b6efe!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnRNeWtwaGQwMk8yWVJEcUJfd20wU3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Mike and his team at Classic Outdoors did an outstanding job transforming our home.
