## The honest read

An Airbnb turnover with the regular cleaner unavailable: a 2023 customer said they reached out to the owner, who was able to accommodate them in less than 18 hours, and said Clean By Any Means did the job well. The company says on its website it has been in business 12 years.

A 2023 customer said Brandon was responsive and the windows got done with just a few days' notice, at a fair price. When that 2023 customer noticed some smudges on one window after Brandon left and brought it up, he came back out the next morning and took care of it.

A 2023 customer said the company sucked about 10 years' worth of dust and dirt out of their office carpets. A 2023 customer said Clean By Any Means had handled COVID disinfecting years earlier, plus general cleaning and floor and rug shampooing, and called the service fast and affordable.

**Strengths:**
- Last-minute turnover — a 2023 customer said an Airbnb was accommodated within 18 hours
- Smudge follow-up — a 2023 customer said Brandon came back the next morning
- Carpet cleaning — a 2023 customer said years of dust came out of office carpets
