## The honest read

Clean Queens works out of Westport, and the same story shows up again and again in reviews: a house that gets properly deep-cleaned, not just tidied. On Google, 236 ratings average 4.9★, and the details in individual reviews back that up — the same techs get named over and over (Angelica, Brittany, Calista, Carrie, Steph, Jessica, Sierra), the kind of repeat recognition that points to a team that actually shows up and does consistent work.

The jobs described aren't light dusting. One customer's post-construction cleanup left a house looking better than it had in years, and another three-floor deep clean before a home sale got called out for its attention to detail. The company also handles turnovers for Cape Cod and Airbnb short-term rentals between guests, and took on a fixer-upper "stubborn" enough that ordinary cleaning wouldn't touch it. When a family member was unexpectedly coming home from the hospital on short notice, the crew had the place ready in an afternoon.

Two disputes are worth knowing before booking. In one case, the crew judged a home too dirty partway through the job, left without finishing, and still charged full price. In another, a customer says they were quoted without an in-home look, ended up billed over $400, and found the floors still dirty afterward. A smaller complaint from a January 2026 review said a floor wasn't mopped and felt the price was too high for the work done. These sit against an otherwise heavily positive record, but they cluster around the same issue — pricing and scope disagreements when a home's condition isn't pinned down in advance.

Clean Queens is the call for an actual deep clean — a move-out, a post-construction job, pre-listing prep, or a vacation rental that needs to be guest-ready fast — rather than a light weekly tidy. Before booking, be specific about the home's current condition and confirm scope and price up front; that's exactly where the handful of complaints started.

**Strengths:**
- Named cleaners — same techs recur across reviews for detail work
- Deep cleaning — tackles post-construction and stubborn fixer-upper jobs
- Vacation rentals — turns over Cape Cod and Airbnb properties
- Pre-listing prep — deep-cleans homes before they go on the market
- Fast turnaround — got a home ready in an afternoon on short notice

**Concerns:**
- Billing dispute — one crew left a job unfinished but charged full price
- Quote dispute — sight-unseen estimate led to a $400+ charge with dirty floors
- Value complaint — a customer felt overcharged for an incomplete mop job
