## The honest read

Jennifer runs Cleaning Angels out of Marlborough, a family business she's had running since 2007, and the detail that keeps showing up in reviews is how personal the small touches are — one reviewer said the crew left a sticker on the toilet paper roll, and another said they turned over a heavy power recliner just to clean underneath it.

Deep cleans on move-ins come up often. A 2024 review said the crew spent almost 12 hours scrubbing a newly purchased home the day before move-in after finding it in rough condition, and a 2021 review described a deep clean of an elderly parent's apartment after years of only surface-level upkeep. Several reviewers are long-tenured clients — a March 2025 review said the family had used the company for more than six years, and for a husband's office since 2010 — and Francieli, one of the crew members, gets called out by name in multiple reviews from 2024 and 2025 for meticulous work.

There are a couple of things worth knowing. Two reviews from 2025 gave 4 stars instead of 5, both noting that items get rearranged during cleaning; a separate 2025 review said a language barrier was a minor issue alongside otherwise going above and beyond. A 2023 review said an inquiry for services never got a response.

For recurring maintenance, deep cleans, or a move-in or move-out job across MetroWest, this is a long-running, heavily reviewed family operation — given the 2023 account, it's worth following up directly if an initial inquiry doesn't get a quick reply.

**Strengths:**
- Personal small touches — leaves notes, stickers, and moves furniture back in place
- Handles rough move-ins — 12-hour deep clean on a newly purchased home
- Long-tenured clients — some reviewers report 6+ years of continuous service

**Concerns:**
- Items get rearranged — two 2025 reviews noted this after cleaning
- Inquiry went unanswered — a 2023 review reported no response
