A recent customer called ClearSky to service a Weber grill and said they came to the house within 30 minutes, then found and fixed the problem quickly; because the repair was so quick, that customer got a significant discount. A recent customer turned to Vic after the first repair company "charged then ghosted" them: he texted before arriving, wore covers on his shoes, gave them the bad news about the fridge, charged 50% of the quoted fee and emailed a report and invoice before leaving the house.
