One family said a company they first hired to clear out their late parents' 4000 sf home did not finish, and Clearspace fit them into its schedule days before closing, lifting heavy items from the basement and under the deck and taking larger items apart to get them through the door. A customer said Jason and Clear Space turned a packed garage back into a usable space. A customer said Jason and crew cleaned out an apartment, swept clean at the end, and the price did not change. A customer said they came the same day to pick up old furniture. A customer who needed an old jungle gym removed from the yard said they came the same day and checked for screws left behind. A real estate broker said Jason showed up the day they spoke to empty a client's home before closing and went back the next day for a few extra items. A customer who sent photos and received a price said that partway through the job he asked for $150 more to take everything, and wrote, "Good work, bad estimates." **Strengths:** - Same-day pickups — came the same day for furniture and a jungle gym - Pre-closing cleanout — a 4000 sf home emptied days before closing **Concerns:** - Mid-job price increase — a customer said he asked $150 more ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as a bulky item pickup service in Westchester County that gives estimates from texted photos _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://clearspacejunkpros.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Bulky item pickup in Westchester County for mattresses, couches, appliances, furniture, and oversized items…” - Lists Harrison, Mount Vernon, Rye, White Plains, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Mamaroneck, Yonkers and Long Island as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://clearspacejunkpros.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Harrison, Mount Vernon, Rye, Long Island, White Plains, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Mamaroneck, Yonkers” - 4.9-star Google average from 15 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Clearspace%20Junk%20Removal%20Pros%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJAW_fRQlc_2sRTRXfbusY_wE) — “Google: 4.9★ from 15 ratings” - A customer said it emptied a 4000 sf home days before closing after another company did not finish _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25aZk1GUjJTRkZxYUd4clZGQmZVbXhHYTFOMlNtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1ff18eb6edf154d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnZfMFR2SFFqaGxrVFBfUmxGa1N2Smc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ After the Company we hired to clear out our late Parents home did not finish the job, we contacted CLEARSPACE JUNK REMOVAL.
