## The honest read

Climate Masters LLC is a heating and cooling company that says it serves homeowners throughout Clinton, CT and the surrounding Connecticut shoreline, and that it specializes in ductless mini-split installation, repair and maintenance.

A recent Google customer who had just bought a home in Deep River, CT had a mini split installed and says Tom took the time to explain the options and helped them work out what would suit the space, and that everything was left clean. A recent customer who shopped around for a company to install a 10-ton electric heat pump HVAC system in a new house went with Climate Masters, and describes a small team that was communicative, deliberate and consistent.

A 2024 customer said Climate Masters installed a completely new central air system, with the ductwork planned to leave the rest of the attic free for storage. That 2024 customer also said Tom used drop cloths and vacuumed at the end of each day. A 2023 customer said the company replaced their central AC unit with a heat pump. A 2022 customer said the split mini was very efficient and a big cost savings.

**Strengths:**
- A mini split install — a recent customer said everything was left clean
- Attic ductwork planning — a 2024 customer said ducts left attic storage space
- Daily cleanup — a 2024 customer said Tom used drop cloths and vacuumed
