In a November 2025 Google review, a customer with a very old home said Andy and the crew resolved issues other plumbers had declared impossible, then helped renovate three bathrooms, and Andy referred them to the other vendors the project needed. A 2020 BuildZoom reviewer with a three-hundred-year-old house called Andy fair and kind, and said he even fixed her vacuum. The Portland company says it has 20 years in business and lists a service area running from Portland and South Portland through Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Falmouth, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick and Harpswell. Its site describes rerouting lines, upgrading old piping and setting new fixtures for kitchens and baths. All seven written reviews are five stars, and five of them name Andy or Andrew. In a January 2026 review, a customer said Andy took the time to answer every question and explain what he was doing; a June 2025 review said he did what he promised in a timely manner. On a 2024 home addition, an Angi reviewer said Andrew and his crew helped add a new bathroom and laundry room, with heating additions and a heat pump install. A December 2024 customer with a new home in Norway, Maine said a few last-minute requests were fixed quickly, and an August 2025 reviewer noted the phone was answered on the first call. On Google the company holds 4.9 stars from 15 ratings.
