## The honest read

Cobb Hill Construction is a Concord builder that the Better Business Bureau lists for commercial and residential general contracting. The company says it has been in business for 35 years.

A 2017 Houzz customer wrote that Cobb Hill built their home and praised the communication and response to their questions, changes and needs, from the project manager through the on-site manager. A 2016 Houzz customer said Cobb Hill kept working with them to reach a realistic price after they switched design firms. That 2016 customer said project planning kept them on schedule and within budget.

A 2024 Google customer who had used Cobb Hill for two earlier projects said the third project's quote left two rooms off, and that Jerry wanted $19,000 more to finish the project. In that 2024 account, the customer said the new project manager never took care of the punch list and that a beam was shifting. A 2024 Google reviewer said they left a name and number, were told someone would be in touch, and never got a call.

An nhbr.com article says Cobb Hill received the Historical Restoration Excellence Award for its work on the Bridges House in Concord.
