A BuildZoom profile describes it as family-owned and run by the Macedonio family, with heating oil and propane delivery alongside heating and air conditioning equipment work. A recent Google customer who had never used the company found their oil tank leaking the day before a trip to another state; on a recommendation they called Columbus, which sent technicians to pump out the tank that same afternoon and installed a new tank about a week later. That customer says they cleaned up after the work and charged a fair price. A recent customer of several years praises its fuel pricing and prompt service. A recent reviewer recommends it for home fuel, propane or oil, and says they go there for inspection stickers. A 2026 customer said that after an expansion tank broke while they were away and the furnace shut off, they called at 2 AM and the on-call technician, Zach, arrived at 3 AM and worked until 7 AM, changing the expansion tank and replacing relays and controls ruined by the water.
