## The honest read

Common Appliance Repair serviced a customer's 10-year-old washer and dryer, replacing the dryer gasket and drain pump.

Ramo came the same day a customer called about a dishwasher that was not draining, and fixed it right away. Tyler came out the same evening for a customer's refrigerator, ordered the part and returned to get it running. Tural fixed a customer's water dispenser, and the ice machine started working again too. A customer had their aunt's Sub-Zero refrigerator repaired by the company and wrote that the technician fixed the problem quickly.

In 2025 a customer wrote that Tural quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with their stove. In 2025 a customer wrote that David evaluated their dishwasher and recommended replacing the unit rather than repairing it, because of its age. In 2024 a customer wrote that Tyler fixed their dishwasher and was done by 9:45.

A customer wrote that Ramo diagnosed their oven repair and charged $250, and later never called back and kept the deposit. A customer who called about a foul smell in their fridge wrote that they were charged $230 and the smell came back the next day. Common Appliance Repair holds a BBB C grade with 1 complaint on file.
