One buyer hired Compass Property Inspections for a pool inspection, then got a second look at the deck when worries about it came up. That May 2025 review is about Tom Allen, the inspector reviewers of this New Milford company name. Google shows 5 stars from 64 ratings, and HomeAdvisor and Angi each show 5.0 from 39.

The two newest reviews are from this summer. In June 2026, a customer buying a condominium said Thomas checked everything was in good working order and gave advice and recommendations along the way; an August 2026 reviewer who came as a buyer and agent called the pricing fair "with no hidden charges." A November 2024 condo buyer said he arrived early and started the outside check before the customer got there, and a July 2025 review describes a comprehensive electronic report plus tips on home maintenance.

Speed on the report comes up more than once. An April 2023 reviewer had it the same day; in a May 2022 review, a buyer's agent purchasing in Branford received it "within a few hours, by the end of the day."
