A 2026 customer said Trevor brought material options to a house-siding estimate, Lauren arranged a walkthrough and Bob oversaw the project; the customer praised the crew's pace and the finished work. A 2026 customer said three windows were added to a three-season porch by Bobby, Xavier and Nick in about 2.5 hours despite rain showers, with cleanup afterward. A 2026 customer said a large arched window was replaced with one that opens, and praised the explanations of the options, communication during the work and follow-up after installation. A 2025 customer said a siding project grew to include rot repairs and replacement of four roofs, yet the work was completed within a month despite the scope doubling. A 2025 customer said Complete Exterior expanded a Trex deck, installed siding and added front and French doors; the customer said Thaad communicated several times daily and kept the work on schedule. A 2025 customer said a bathroom was remodeled from a crowded, two-door layout to a single entrance and accessible walk-in shower. A 2026 customer reported poor communication before arrival, an outsourced crew despite assurances that subcontractors would not be used, a mess inside the home and streaky window glass. The 2026 customer said damaged exterior J-channels were not replaced as expected, but Bob took responsibility, worked on a later solution for the J-channels and personally cleaned the windows. A 2025 customer said they drove two hours to a vacation home for a roofing and siding appointment and nobody showed up. A 2025 customer said rot repairs were completed within a tight deadline, but they had received lower quotes and would have preferred to pay $1,000 less. A 2026 customer said Kirstyn initially explained that a trim repair might fall below the company's $2,500 minimum, then arranged help after seeing a photo; the customer said a price was agreed and the repair was booked for the following week. **Strengths:** - A porch installation — a 2026 customer reported three windows completed in about 2.5 hours - A growing project — a 2025 customer reported completion within a month despite doubled scope **Concerns:** - Window job cleanup — a 2026 customer reported a mess and streaky glass - A missed appointment — a 2025 customer said nobody arrived after a two-hour drive - Repair pricing — a 2025 customer reported paying more to meet a tight deadline ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Complete Exterior's website offers roofing, siding, windows, decks, doors, gutters and general contracting. _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://www.completeexteriornh.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Services▼Roofing▼Residential RoofingCommercial RoofingAsphalt Shingle RoofingMetal Roofing Rubber Roofing I…” - A 2026 customer said Trevor brought material options, Lauren arranged a walkthrough and Bob oversaw a house-siding project. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tsaFQwTXliMFZNU0dWMVUxZFNaSE0yYkRWbVQzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x2a301de679d0d370!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOklhT0Myb0VMSGV1U1dSZHM2bDVmT3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ My wife and I hired Complete Exterior to reside our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
