That 2026 customer said cabinets were torn down and sheet rock torn out down to the studs, that Russ cleared the cellar out and did the demolition without damaging anything, and that they were happy with his quote. A 2026 customer who wrote that they had worked as an interior designer and project manager said they hired Complete Property Services over the winter for a whole-house clean-out and mold remediation on a restoration project. That 2026 customer said Russ explained his remediation process clearly and laid out a plan for preventing mold. That 2026 customer said they then asked for quotes on demo work and grinding the basement floors down, and that the floors came out looking "like they were just poured." That 2026 customer said that when water came in through the foundation, they started removing water and setting up fans, and were installing a perimeter drain, waterproofing the exterior of the foundation and sealing the interior cracks. A 2026 customer with a damaged roof on a rental property said the company came out "pretty much the same day" and explained the work from start to finish. A recent customer says Russ and his team worked on their yard and called the price great. A recent customer says Rus and his crew took care of their lawn and cleaned it up. **Strengths:** - A basement clean-out — a 2026 customer said Russ cleared the cellar out - Mold remediation plan — a 2026 customer said Russ explained his process clearly - A clean worksite — a 2026 customer praised how they kept the site clean - A lawn clean-up — a recent customer says Rus and his crew cleaned it up ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2026 customer said Russ cleared out a basement full of sheet rock and old furniture and did demolition work without damaging anything _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=14001342305746872849&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ My basement was full of sheet rock, old furniture, and needed a full clean out, along with one of the rooms needing some demolition work …” - A 2026 customer said the company did a whole-house clean-out and mold remediation, and Russ explained his remediation process clearly _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=14001342305746872849&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I've been an interior designer and project manager, and have a lot of experience on job sites, and I highly recommend Complete Property S…” - A 2026 customer said they were installing a perimeter drain, waterproofing the foundation exterior and sealing interior cracks after water came in _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=14001342305746872849&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I've been an interior designer and project manager, and have a lot of experience on job sites, and I highly recommend Complete Property S…” - A 2026 customer said the company helped with a damaged roof on a rental property and explained the work from start to finish _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=14001342305746872849&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ Complete property services and junk removal came out pretty much the same day and helped me with my damaged roof.
