On Google the company holds 5 stars from 26 ratings. The company's website lists estate and hoarder cleanouts along with piano, furniture, mattress, hot tub, shed and junk boat removal, and it says it has been in business 85 years. A wtnh.com story has described it as a four-generation business that sometimes finds art or antiques while clearing out houses and estates. A 2024 customer who reached out to Raul to remove heavy furniture from a second-floor bedroom said there were texted updates as the job went along and no damage to walls or floors, despite a small entryway. A 2023 customer said they got a firm, fixed price for removing appliances from a condo by sending photos and describing access, which was key for them because they lived hundreds of miles away. That 2023 customer said the company met a neighbor at the scheduled time and was in and out very quickly. A 2025 landlord said they had used Raul for property cleanups and would text him piles of junk to take care of. A 2022 customer said that after clearing out their garage, they sent a picture, got a quote, and the items were picked up from the driveway after a 30-minute heads-up. A 2022 customer said Raul and his crew cleared out an office space in one hour when that customer had expected it to take a few hours. **Strengths:** - Piano removal price — a 2025 customer said well under others' asking prices - A fixed upfront price — a 2023 customer got it from photos before arrival - Careful furniture removal — a 2024 customer saw no wall or floor damage - A quick office clear-out — a 2022 customer said it took one hour ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2025 customer said an old piano was removed for well under what other companies were asking _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25sV05uRmlkRTlmWDBWc2JHSlhWRXR1YUU0MlVuYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xfb1b50058de81dfb!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnlWNnFidE9fX0VsbGJXVEtuaE42Unc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We were moving and needed our old piano removed.
