## The honest read

Connecticut Propane & Petroleum is a propane and heating company; its website describes propane delivery, installation and 24/7 emergency service, with storage and operations in Waterbury, Oxford and Marlborough.

A recent customer said Tony came out right away and fixed their AC unit quickly. One customer wrote that Tony came out on a Sunday at an overtime rate, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the solution. A recent customer described a seamless tank swap and installation. A furnace service check-up drew praise for efficient, personable technicians. A Reddit commenter said the company added two more gas lines for their stove and dryer after they moved in.

A 2026 customer said that when their furnace died the weekend before a major blizzard, Toni called supply stores to track down a part, drove an hour and replaced it. A 2025 customer said a heat exchanger failed on Christmas Eve day and that Tony returned the day after Christmas with his team to install a new furnace.

A 2026 customer said the company filled a tank they owned without any request and that an office worker then told them they owed for it; the customer wrote that it was resolved in their favor. A 2024 customer who bought a home in Bolton, CT said the company emailed that they had 48 hours to sign a contract or the tank would be locked, and would not refund unused propane. A 2025 customer described misleading quotes when switching over. A Reddit commenter wrote in 2026 that the company shut off their heat and hot water from the night of 12/23 through the afternoon of 12/26.

It holds an active Connecticut S1 heating and cooling contractor licence, HTG.0396438-S1, under Hasan Gjonbalaj.
