A 2026 customer said Rob fit their last-minute tree work in despite a busy schedule, and wrote that the work was done right and praised the cleanup. A 2026 customer said they agreed to an October quote to remove a couple of leads coming off a larger lead on a backyard tree, and that the appointment was set 2.5 months later. That 2026 customer said they paid by check, then came home to find just a handful of branches removed, and that calls, texts and emails afterward went unanswered. In an edit to that 2026 review, the customer said the owner's reply threatened to sue for defamation, and that the price was never adjusted for the work done. **Strengths:** - Last-minute scheduling — a 2026 customer said they were fit in despite a busy schedule - A clean site — a 2026 customer praised the cleanup after tree work **Concerns:** - Work short of quote — a 2026 customer said just a handful of branches were removed - Unanswered follow-up — a 2026 customer said calls, texts and emails went unanswered - Slow scheduling — a 2026 customer said the appointment came 2.5 months after the quote ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2026 customer said last-minute tree work was fit in despite a busy schedule, with the cleanup praised _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xSd04ycHNORUYwVEhGdWNIQmZZakp4UVUxVlZsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe42bebdabbf23651!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlRwN2psNEF0THFucHBfYjJxQU1VVlE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ CT Tree Experts did an absolutely outstanding job.
