A customer whose water heater failed on a Saturday says the company had them up and running first thing Monday with a whole new setup, and later fixed a low-pressure shower. The company describes itself on its BBB page as a residential and commercial plumbing and heating business, naming hot water heaters, boilers, pipe thawing, steam heat pipe fitting and drain cleaning among its services. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2026 customer said the company answered a call at night about a burst pipe leaking water from the top floor to the kitchen, and that Carl and Joe replaced the pipe and turned the water and heat back on. A 2026 customer said the team replaced a boiler, added a hot water heater and added a pressure reducing valve. A 2026 customer booked a same-day emergency check on a tankless water heater and said technicians Carl and Joe arrived on time, walked through their findings and gave a solution that was fixable the same day. A 2026 customer said the company came the same day on three commercial emergency calls. A 2025 customer said Carl and Joe removed an old Navien system and installed a new one. A 2025 customer said the company came out within a half hour, once for a broken pipe and once for a no-heat emergency. A 2025 customer said Carl did major in-wall plumbing work in their building after bad experiences with four previous plumbing companies. A 2024 customer said the company replaced a tankless water heater, from removing the old equipment to the installation, at a reasonable price. A 2023 customer said the company replaced a water heater after the customer had spoken with or gotten estimates from five other companies, and had zero problems since the installation.
