# Connors and Son Construction

**Trade:** Kitchen Remodel · **Languages:** English

**Rating: not yet scored** — 0 reviews across 3 sources is too little evidence for an honest number.

## The honest read

Connors and Son Construction is presented as a Massachusetts remodeling contractor serving Peabody and Middleton. Houzz lists kitchen and bath remodeling, while BuildZoom describes 28 years of residential construction and remodeling, 20 permitted projects, and a BZ score of 98.

The practical fit is clear for homeowners planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation rather than a small isolated repair. BuildZoom's license section includes an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license marked verified, alongside an inactive Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license. Confirm which registration applies to the proposed work before signing.

The two directories place the business in different Massachusetts towns—Peabody on Houzz and Middleton on BuildZoom—so confirm the current business address and service radius when you call.

**Strengths:**
- Remodeling scope — kitchen and bath work are explicitly listed
- Project history — BuildZoom shows 20 permitted projects
- License listing — one Massachusetts HIC license marked active and verified

**Concerns:**
- License status — another Massachusetts HIC license is listed inactive
- Address discrepancy — Houzz says Peabody; BuildZoom says Middleton

**Where sources disagree:**
- Houzz lists the business in Peabody, while BuildZoom lists Connors Construction Co in Middleton.
