That customer said the crew treated the home and property with respect, kept the job site organized and communicated clearly throughout. A 2023 customer said Construconn first finished their basement, with flooring, framing, drywall, painting, baseboards and doors, and later came back after a burst pipe to restore the space with drywall repair, new floors and baseboards. A 2023 customer said Gui responded right away, showed up for the meeting and the project, helped with demolition, finished by the projected date and left the house broom clean. A 2024 commenter on r/Connecticut named ConstrUconn as a GC. **Strengths:** - Basement finishing — a 2023 customer described flooring, framing, drywall and painting - Deck replacement — a recent repeat customer said the site stayed organized - On-schedule finish — a 2023 customer said work ended by the projected date ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Replaced an aging deck for a returning customer _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pKcFFrUkpUbWQwVHkxa2NIWlJXVkZ5ZFVkNGRrRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x4aea948e29ea282e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjJpQkRJTmd0Ty1kcHZRWVFydUd4dkE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I've hired Gui and the team at Construconn for multiple projects over the years, and they continue to exceed my expectations.
