## The honest read

Construction Solutions is a remodeling company that describes itself on Houzz as independently owned and operated in Wallingford, Connecticut. Its website says it is located in New Haven and has been at it since 1984; the Houzz profile gives 1986.

A recent Google customer said Tom and his team did "a massive overhaul" on a master bathroom, working the customer's ideas in with details of his own and restoring some unique details of the room while giving it a clean, modern look.

A 2026 customer said they hired Tom after a large renovation went wrong, when an upstairs shower began leaving water stains on the kitchen ceiling a year after that renovation was complete. That 2026 customer said Tom returned the call within the hour and had Patrick stop by, and that Patrick explained each problem he found and how he would correct it and cleaned up after each day. The same 2026 customer said they would no longer have any water issues with the new shower.

A 2025 customer said Tom and his team redid the front steps, which came out sturdy, and that the team was on time. A 2025 customer said Tom took the time to sit with them and make sure he knew exactly what they wanted.

Its Better Business Bureau page shows an A+ grade and accreditation.

Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0656284, as active.
