A recent customer named Carol and Bob and called the company organized, efficient, cost-effective and always on time. A 2024 customer said Marcus and crew arrived on time, did a walk-through, had everything packed by 2pm and asked when something was unclear. A 2026 customer who moved from New York to London said several pieces of antique furniture were damaged and glasses and decor arrived shattered; the company was quick to compensate for the shattered items and hired a furniture restorer for one antique piece.
