## The honest read

One recent customer says Cool As Ice has done work at their home and their business for the past twenty years and has never dropped one of their "panic" calls. The company describes itself as a family-owned HVAC company in Norwalk, CT with over 30 years of experience, handling heating, cooling, hot water and repair for residential and commercial clients across Fairfield County.

A recent customer says the company worked on their boiler and was clean and organized the whole time. A recent customer says they cleaned everything up afterward. A recent customer says the company saved them money and that they had been "getting robbed" by the HVAC worker they used before.

A 2026 customer said Rudy came over to diagnose a boiler problem, explained everything clearly and fixed it right away. A 2026 customer said the company came out that same night for a problem with their heat. A 2026 reviewer said Rudy had been their go-to for heating and cooling for over a decade and explained what was happening in plain language before starting. A 2026 customer said Rudy and his team first met them when other companies were trying to charge for work or equipment that wasn't needed.

**Strengths:**
- A twenty-year client — a recent customer says no panic call was ever dropped
- Same-night heat call — a 2026 customer said they came out that night
- A clear explanation — a 2026 customer said Rudy explained the boiler problem
- A clean job — a recent customer says they cleaned everything up afterward
