Its website lists residential irrigation, preventative maintenance, backflow certification & testing, estate irrigation, GIS & digital zone mapping, irrigation repairs & troubleshooting, irrigation system design & installation, and irrigation system retrofits & upgrades, and names a service area of Acton, Bedford, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Harvard, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow, Sudbury, Wellesley, Westford and Weston. It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. They showed up on time and did a great job on a recent visit. In 2025, Matt gave a tutorial of a system and how to use it properly. In 2025, Corbett was described as very responsive and reliable, with high quality at a good value, on large commercial grounds and gardens in Belmont. In 2022, a customer of the previous 2-3 years wrote that they show up on time, are professional, have competitive prices and return calls quickly. In a 2025 review of a sprinkler system installation, the crew began working on the lawn without confirming the placement and layout of the sprinklers, which left some areas uncovered, and they did not have the plumber install a flow meter that was part of the contract. On that same 2025 job, a different crew started drilling into the trim board of the house without checking where the line should enter, cut the FIOS fiber even though it was marked by Digsafe, and left the lawn uneven. At one serviced property in 2025, sprinklers that overshoot the grass were spraying a car in the driveway; they said they would adjust the sprinklers and did not, and a couple of months after a call to the company nothing had changed. **Strengths:** - On-time visits — they showed up on time and did a great job - System tutorial — in 2025, Matt showed how to use the system **Concerns:** - Sprinkler layout — in 2025, placement not confirmed, some areas left uncovered - Promised adjustments — in 2025, overshooting sprinklers were not re-adjusted ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Self-reported 25 years in business _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.corbettirrigation.com) — “Self-reported 25 years in business” - Better Business Bureau grade: A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/acton/profile/irrigation-installation/corbett-incorporated-0021-355168) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - Google: 4.5★ from 17 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Corbett%20Irrigation&query_place_id=ChIJY6TkV1GQ44kRGsHi1H8lpZ8) — “Google: 4.5★ from 17 ratings” - Lists irrigation system design & installation, repairs & troubleshooting, and backflow certification & testing among its services _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.corbettirrigation.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Services Residential Irrigation All Residential Services Preventative Maintenance Backflow Certification & …” - Showed up on time and did a great job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pnMmJYbG1iR1JyWVdaWGMyaHNkM0puWjFOMFJsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x9fa5257fd4e2c11a!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjg2bXlmbGRrYWZXc2hsd3JnZ1N0RlE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ They Showed up on time and did a great job” - In 2025, Matt gave a tutorial of a system and how to use it properly _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pGUWMxcFRkR1pTVDNsTFNrUXpPVnB1TWt4QmIzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x9fa5257fd4e2c11a!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjFQc1pTdGZST3lLSkQzOVpuMkxBb3c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Matt gave an incredible tutorial of our system and how to use it properly.
