A recent customer who picked a countertop from the showroom samples with Charlene said the reviewer's husband was at the house for the delivery and said the installers placed the counters and tidied up after. A recent customer in the middle of a bathroom remodel said Courtney helped make sure they had the countertop they wanted for the new bathroom. A recent customer thanked Charlene in the showroom, the fabricator, the template maker, the installers and the plumbers. A 2023 customer said their contractor suggested Superior after another company wanted money up front, and that phone calls kept them up to date with the process. A 2017 customer said the job was turned around within a couple of weeks with the installation done in one day. When one part of the counter did not meet because of a difference in thickness, that 2017 customer said a rep came over within minutes and took measurements, and that the company charged nothing more than the estimate. A 2016 customer had the company install granite in a new construction project, a full kitchen with island plus three bathroom vanity tops, and said the installers were on time and left the job site clean. A 2015 customer wrote that Bill, the owner, came out himself to evaluate the work and get the correct measurements. A 2013 customer said Bill came to the house with several dozen samples and, after a glitch with the dishwasher installation, came out personally to fix it. A 2016 customer who was happy with the final product said the owner left the house with them unsatisfied with the outcome of their business agreement, and faulted the professionalism and communication. **Strengths:** - Showroom selection — a recent customer picked a countertop from samples with Charlene - A tidy install — a recent customer said installers tidied up after - Owner site visits — a 2015 customer said Bill measured in person **Concerns:** - Owner communication — a 2016 customer faulted professionalism and communication ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself on Houzz as a company for granite, marble and quartz countertops _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/kitchen-and-bath-remodelers/countertops-by-superior-inc-pfvwus-pf~127331576) — “About (Houzz profile, the business's own statement): Countertops by Superior is New England’s choice for granite, marble and quartz countert…” - A recent customer said the installers placed the counters and tidied up after _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2t3MFIzcEZjMkptVVZkT1FVSlBOVkIyUmtOd2RsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x2435161893ab55b0!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkw0R3pFc2JmUVdOQUJPNVB2RkNwdlE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Countertops by Superior lives up to their name.
