A 2023 customer said Eric did not complete the job that was verbally agreed to and blamed the customer. **Strengths:** - A dead maple removed — a recent customer says they also ground the stump - Clear lawn care quote — owner explained scope and cost promptly - Shows up as promised — a recent customer says Eric and Ben pick up **Concerns:** - An unfinished job — a 2023 customer said Eric did not complete agreed work ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Run by Eric and Ben Werle, a father-and-son team based in Guilford, by the company's own account _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://countryhilllandscapingct.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Country Hill Landscaping is run by Eric and Ben Werle - a father-and-son team based right here in Guilford.…” - The company says it has been in business for 40 years _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](https://countryhilllandscapingct.com) — “Self-reported 40 years in business” - A recent customer says they removed a dead maple and ground the stump _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25reVNFTkxZbGRMZVV4Wk5GUkhjMWMzZFVGWGNsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbd76ed552df77675!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnkySENLYldLeUxZNFRHc1c3dUFXclE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ The owner of Country Hill Landscaping responded to my request for a quote for lawn care service promptly and took the time to thoroughly …” - A recent customer says the owner explained the scope and cost of lawn care promptly _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25reVNFTkxZbGRMZVV4Wk5GUkhjMWMzZFVGWGNsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbd76ed552df77675!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnkySENLYldLeUxZNFRHc1c3dUFXclE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ The owner of Country Hill Landscaping responded to my request for a quote for lawn care service promptly and took the time to thoroughly …” - A recent customer says Eric and Ben pick up the phone and show up when they say they will _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xKQ2NVdzRPRmRDZFdGRU9XOUlaVGRsVG5JeVZsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbd76ed552df77675!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlJCcUw4OFdCdWFEOW9IZTdlTnIyVlE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Couldn't be happier with Country Hill Landscaping.
