--- title: "CPP Kitchen & Bath Design Showroom of Cape Cod" description: "Most reviews of CPP Kitchen & Bath name the same person: Toni. Antoaneta Jovanov — Toni to her customers — is listed as president of the West Dennis showro" doc_version: "2026-09-20" last_updated: "2026-09-20" --- # CPP Kitchen & Bath Design Showroom of Cape Cod **Trade:** Kitchen Remodel · **Address:** 394 Main St Ste 2, West Dennis, MA 02670, USA · **Phone:** (508) 619-6130 · **Website:** https://www.cppkitchenbath.com/ · **Languages:** English **Rating: 4.2/5** (high confidence) — from 30 reviews across 7 sources. 93% of sentiment-scored reviews read net-positive. Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Most reviews of CPP Kitchen & Bath name the same person: Toni. Antoaneta Jovanov — Toni to her customers — is listed as president of the West Dennis showroom, and the designs homeowners describe are hers. A September 2025 customer said she came up with a better kitchen layout than any other designer they had met, and drew up a bathroom vanity for them as well. The showroom sits on Main Street in West Dennis and says it has been offering kitchen and bathroom renovation solutions for over 20 years, supplying custom cabinetry, finishes and materials to Cape Cod homeowners. Its BBB profile lists a sole proprietorship started in 2017 with two employees. Thirty-two Google ratings average 4.7, and the work described runs from cabinetry out to whole rooms. A January 2025 kitchen renovation took in demolition, construction, painting, electrical, lighting, tiling and new floors. In an April 2024 review, an engineer whose Chatham Cape house had three floors renovated noted the 3D rendering and project-management software the team used. An April 2026 Houzz reviewer thanked Toni for their kitchen and for a bathroom finished that winter with a steam walk-in shower and heated floor. Vanities are a recurring commission: a wall-to-wall built-in tailored to one couple's needs in November 2024, an 11-foot vanity that same month, three vanities with countertops for a Cape house renovation in a December 2024 review. A July 2025 homeowner said the countertop installers were professional, timely and left no mess, and in an October 2025 review another credited Toni with staying on top of ordering and scheduling. The two one-star reviews are about reaching the showroom rather than the work. In November 2024 a shopper who stopped in on a Saturday found no one on the floor to help, left a phone number, and wrote that a week and two emails later there had been no call or email back. Two days before that, another drove out on a Sunday to find the store closed, and asked the company to update the Sunday hours posted on its website and door decal or say they are by appointment only. Its BBB profile carries an A+ and lists two Massachusetts licence numbers, 188805 and CSFA-106442. If you want a designer who draws the layout, picks the cabinets and stays with the job through installation — including alongside your own contractor, as a July 2025 client described — this is a straightforward call. Book an appointment rather than dropping in, and settle who performs the construction on your job. **Strengths:** - Kitchen layouts — a 2025 client preferred Toni's plan to every other designer's - Custom vanities — wall-to-wall built-ins and an 11-foot vanity designed - Ordering and scheduling — an October 2025 client said she stayed on top - Tidy installers — July 2025 countertop crew left no mess - Fits your builder — designer worked with one client's own contractor **Concerns:** - Showroom walk-ins — a November 2024 visitor got no call back - Posted Sunday hours — another November 2024 visitor found the store closed **Where sources disagree:** - The company's site says it has been offering kitchen and bathroom renovation solutions for over 20 years, while its BBB profile lists the business as started 8/31/2017. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A West Dennis kitchen and bath design showroom that plans kitchen and bathroom renovations and supplies custom cabinetry, finishes and materials for Cape Cod homeowners _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://www.cppkitchenbath.com) — “A West Dennis kitchen and bath design showroom that plans kitchen and bathroom renovations and supplies custom cabinetry, finishes and mater…” - Describes itself as a family-owned business that has been offering kitchen and bathroom renovation solutions for over 20 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.cppkitchenbath.com) — “Company history (self-reported): States that the CPP Kitchen & Bath Showroom has been offering kitchen and bathroom renovation solutions for…” - [Official Website](https://www.cppkitchenbath.com) — “Ownership (self-reported): Describes itself as a family-owned business” - [Official Website](https://www.cppkitchenbath.com) — “Self-reported 20 years in business” - An A+ BBB rating, though not BBB accredited; the profile lists a sole proprietorship started 8/31/2017 with two employees and Antoaneta Jovanov as president _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/west-dennis/profile/kitchen-design/cpp-kitchen-and-bath-design-showroom-of-cape-cod-0021-557000) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/west-dennis/profile/kitchen-design/cpp-kitchen-and-bath-design-showroom-of-cape-cod-0021-557000) — “BBB profile for CPP Kitchen and Bath Design Showroom of Cape Cod at 394 Main St, West Dennis: an A+ BBB rating but NOT BBB accredited, a sol…” - Its BBB profile lists two Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation licence numbers, 188805 and CSFA-106442 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/west-dennis/profile/kitchen-design/cpp-kitchen-and-bath-design-showroom-of-cape-cod-0021-557000) — “Licence listed on Better Business Bureau: CSFA-106442, issued by Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, expiratio…” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/west-dennis/profile/kitchen-design/cpp-kitchen-and-bath-design-showroom-of-cape-cod-0021-557000) — “Licence listed on Better Business Bureau: 188805, issued by Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, expiration 9/6…” - A 4.7-star average across 32 Google ratings and 5.0 across 3 on Houzz, with written reviews running from 2022 through 2026 _(confidence: high)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/cabinets-and-cabinetry/cpp-kitchen-and-bath-design-showroom-of-cape-cod-pfvwus-pf~349291117) — “Houzz: 5.0★ from 3 ratings” - [Google](https://maps.google.com/?cid=1508488730009603085&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “Google: 4.7★ from 32 ratings” - Layout work is what customers credit: a September 2025 client said Toni's kitchen layout beat every other designer's, and a January 2025 reviewer came to CPP after five other companies _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNfazVlZ0xBEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x14ef3a81f3e70c0d!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIC_k5egLA%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ For three years attempted to have my small cape kitchen turned into something other than what it was……workable but very small with outdat…” - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xVeWRtcGZObGhxTjBOVVUyeHRMVEpVVDNoRFdIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x14ef3a81f3e70c0d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlUydmpfNlhqN0NUU2xtLTJUT3hDWHc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We had a wonderful experience with Toni and her team at CPP Kitchen and Bath.
