The longest account is a December 2024 Google review of a $16,000 boiler replacement in Malden. The customer said the plumber pushed extra work outside the company for a "discount", that the office said it didn't know inspections were wanted until the City of Malden was ready to step in, and that afterward the bedroom radiators farthest from the boiler gave no heat.
