## The honest read

Crestline Home is a roofing company whose website lists a service area beginning with Middletown, Andover, Ansonia, Berlin and Branford. The company says it offers free estimates.

A customer said a flat roof over the garage had a slow leak dripping into the space below; a section of the membrane was found to be failing, the repair was done neatly and the leak stopped completely, at a price that customer called fair and transparent. A customer said they replaced several damaged shingles and fixed a small leak, and the repair was completed quickly. A customer with storm damage said they responded quickly to inspect the roof and the repairs were completed efficiently.

On a roof replacement, a customer said the crew arrived prepared, explained each stage of the replacement and did a thorough cleanup when the work was finished. A customer who chose to replace the roof rather than keep dealing with ongoing issues said the crew handled the installation efficiently and kept the work area organized.

**Strengths:**
- Flat roof repair — a customer said the membrane leak stopped completely
- A quick storm inspection — a customer said they responded quickly to inspect
- A thorough cleanup — a customer said the crew cleaned up after the replacement
