A recent customer said CSNH came right out in an emergency, called or texted before arriving and arrived when they said they would, and credited Lori with coordinating everything. A 2026 customer wrote that ice dams on their home had led to interior water damage, and that CSNH came out the next morning with a steam system and cleared everything without causing any damage.
