Its website lists aluminum, copper and custom wood gutters, downspout installation and repair, and free estimates. On Google it holds a 4.9-star average from 173 ratings. One recent customer met with Stacy after closing on a house whose existing gutters were in very bad shape. That customer said she pointed out downspouts that were not properly pointed away from the house, reconfigured the gutter layout, gave a quote that included gutter guards, and suggested round downspouts to give the house a cleaner look. A recent customer who had a gutter replaced in front of the house said a crew of 4 came for the small job, a supervisor arrived early to explain the plan, and everything was cleaned up before they left. A recent customer wrote that they arrived on time in inclement weather and cleaned the gutters along with branches and leaves that had accumulated on the roof. A recent customer said they also cleaned out and replaced some broken vent covers. A 2025 customer who hired Heneghan Services/Connecticut Gutter to replace a roof and gutter system said owner Frank Heneghan guided them through shingle selection with samples to review at home, and that office manager Renee sent an aerial image of the property to confirm dumpster placement. That 2025 customer said the three-day project began after a short weather delay and was completed on schedule. A 2025 customer said gutter debris was removed by hand, put in garbage bags and hauled away rather than washed down the spouts. A 2025 customer who needed storm drains cleaned in a condo parking lot said the company sent a YouTube video showing exactly what it would do, then completed the job as described. A 2024 customer said the downspouts started spraying water a little over a week after a gutter cleaning; after several weeks of follow-ups, the company said it found nothing wrong and that the old system probably needed to be replaced. A 2022 customer said that after a gutter installation it was impossible to get a call back or service when issues came up. **Strengths:** - Layout advice — a recent customer said Stacy suggested round downspouts - A clean job site — a recent customer said everything was cleaned up before leaving - Debris hauled away — a 2025 customer said gutter debris was bagged and removed - Roof and gutters — a 2025 customer said a three-day job finished on schedule **Concerns:** - Downspout follow-up — a 2024 customer waited weeks for an answer on spraying downspouts - Post-install service — a 2022 customer could not get a call back ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it has been in business for 25 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.ctgutter.com) — “Self-reported 25 years in business” - Names Norwalk, Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Fairfield and New Canaan as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.ctgutter.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Norwalk, Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Fairfield, New Canaan” - 4.9-star Google average from 173 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=CT%20Gutter&query_place_id=ChIJ1VpVd06YwokRBYQQU--gb_E) — “Google: 4.9★ from 173 ratings” - A recent customer said Stacy reconfigured the gutter layout and quoted gutter guards after spotting misdirected downspouts _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xwMVoxTlljM0o0U0VZNVdGcGhiamd4UldKME1VRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf16fa0ef53108405!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlp1Z1NYc3J4SEY5WFphbjgxRWJ0MUE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I met with Stacy after closing on my new house because the existing gutters were in very bad shape.
