Last 6 months: 53 reviews, 1 negative. ## The honest read CT Pest Solutions holds a 4.9-star Google average across 705 ratings, and its BBB page shows an A+ grade. The company says it has been in business 12 years and lists a service area that includes Ansonia, Derby, Hamden, Milford, Naugatuck and Woodbridge. One household uses the company for quarterly maintenance against rodents and other common household pests, with Frank as its service technician. When a recent customer thought the problem was termites, Frank did not upsell the job. A recent customer with bees said they were scheduled quickly, came promptly and explained the process, and the bees and hive are gone. A recent customer said King came out to place bait traps for a termite issue and took the time to explain everything. A 2025 customer said Benny Rosado arrived the same day for a yellow jacket nest under the shed, and that the one-time extermination came with a 30-day guarantee that the yellow jackets would not return. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Patrick confirmed the bat entry points they had found plus 3 or 4 new ones. A 2023 customer said the technician removed a hornet's nest hidden in the bushes and sprayed the entire area to deter return nesting. A recent tenant with termites coming out of the wall said that more than a week after the property was checked, no service date had been given and the company said the invoice was still waiting on management approval. Connecticut lists its pesticide applicator licence, PMBR.03085, as active, held by CT Pest Solutions LLC. **Strengths:** - Bee and hive removal — a recent customer said the bees and hive are gone - No upselling — a recent customer said Frank didn't upsell a suspected termite job - Quarterly pest maintenance — one customer uses it for rodents and household pests - Same-day yellow jacket visit — a 2025 customer said he arrived the same day **Concerns:** - Termite scheduling delay — a recent tenant had no service date after over a week ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9-star Google average from 705 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=CT%20Pest%20Solutions&query_place_id=ChIJVVVVVUXC54kRJOVQVT0IERo) — “Google: 4.9★ from 705 ratings” - BBB lists an A+ grade and accreditation _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/naugatuck/profile/pest-control/ct-pest-solutions-llc-0111-87121125) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/naugatuck/profile/pest-control/ct-pest-solutions-llc-0111-87121125) — “Better Business Bureau: accredited / certified / member” - The company says it has been in business 12 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.ctpestsolutions.com) — “Self-reported 12 years in business” - A recent customer said they were scheduled quickly and the bees and hive are gone _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25VNFowMXpSVVo1YmtZdFRVRllPSEpZYVVkRU9HYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1a11083d5550e524!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnU4Z01zRUZ5bkYtTUFYOHJYaUdEOGc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ These guys were great- scheduled quickly, came promptly, explained the process and went to work!
