CT Roof Smart is a South Windsor residential roofing company, and its website offers free estimates. Its HomeAdvisor reviews date from 2012 to 2026. A September 2026 customer wrote that James and his crew worked promptly and efficiently on an oddly-shaped roof and left the site clean, and another that month got a great-looking roof for a reasonable price. A third September 2026 reviewer had put down a deposit and was waiting for the roof job to be done. In a January 2014 review, he explained what needed to be done, gave options and cleaned up afterward. HomeAdvisor shows 4.8★ from 9 ratings and lists it as accredited. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0706497, is active. **Strengths:** - Fast leak response — 2015 customer saw James arrive within 2 hours - Clean job sites — 2026 crew left the site clean ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Arrived within 2 hours to stop a major leak after snowstorms, per a February 2015 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.seamlessroofsystems.156103191.html) — “5★ It wasn't easy to even get a call back from a roofer after three snowstorms, but James returned my call promptly.
