The company says it has been in business 13 years, and its stated service area includes Sherman, New Milford, Danbury, Newtown and Ridgefield. A 2025 customer said Sal fixed some issues with their panels and installed an Interlock system with a plug for the generator outside, then walked them through running the generator when he was done. A 2023 customer said Salvatore installed an interlock kit so a generator could light up the whole house after a power failure, and let them record him explaining how to use the panel. A 2022 customer said Sal installed a generator transfer switch in the main service panel, replaced a small sub panel with a larger one and installed an additional outlet, at what that customer called "a great price considering other considerably higher quotes." A 2024 customer who needed a welding outlet in a garage said Sal came for an estimate the afternoon after they spoke, and the welder had power 30 minutes after the work began. A 2023 customer said Sal installed a Vintage Murano ceiling light they were not sure their current electric could take. A 2023 customer said Sal installed and fixed their landscaping and pool lights. A 2023 customer said Sal handled all of the electrical for their bathroom remodel. A 2022 customer said Sal completed the electrical installation for a finished basement. A 2021 customer said it was the only electrician to call them back on Christmas Eve. It holds an active Connecticut electrician licence, ELC.0200649-E1, under Salvatore J Cutrona. **Strengths:** - Generator interlock installs — a 2025 customer was walked through running the generator - A quick estimate — a 2024 customer said Sal came the next afternoon - Sub panel upgrade — a 2022 customer said a small sub panel was replaced - A Christmas Eve callback — a 2021 customer said it was the only one to call back ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 72 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Cutrona%20Electric%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJdyRPkNFZ3YkRzSLRsIMu7bA) — “Google: 5★ from 72 ratings” - A recent customer said the company suggested a generlock install for a portable generator and completed it _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25kdlduaFJjRVV5TTBsaFZGcDVjV3RPUVU1MU0wRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb0ed2e83b0d122cd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOndvWnhRcEUyM0lhVFp5cWtOQU51M0E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Great work!
