## The honest read

Cyclone Cleaning Services lists smoke and water restoration, flood damage restoration, janitorial work, and carpet, upholstery and hard floor care on its website, says it has been in business for 40 years, and names New Bedford, Dartmouth and Fairhaven as its service area. A recent customer hired the company to clean a basement and said Anthony and his crew arrived on time and left every corner spotless.

At one apartment, Anthony and his crew removed the old carpet and left the floors looking perfect, according to a recent customer. A recent customer had oriental carpets cleaned and said the crew was very careful of the furniture and other antiques in the home. A customer getting a house ready to be sold hired the company to clean a rug and wash the cellar floor, and called the work very reasonably priced. A recent customer who had just bought a new home said Tony and his crew helped with a full house cleaning, and that Tony was quick to respond. A recent customer says the company does a complete exterior and interior washing of their windows each year. An office space was cleaned while employees were still working, a recent customer wrote.

In a 2022 review, the site manager at RightSpace Storage said the company had cleaned out a few units there and that Tony was reasonably priced. In 2023, a customer who dropped off a rug said that when it was picked up a week later it did not seem washed, with dirt and smell still there. A 2023 customer called the store much too crowded and overpriced.

**Strengths:**
- Basement cleaning — a recent customer said every corner was left spotless
- Oriental carpet cleaning — a recent customer said the crew was careful with antiques
- Yearly window washing — a recent customer has windows washed inside and out each year

**Concerns:**
- A rug drop-off — a 2023 customer said dirt and smell were still there
- Store pricing — a 2023 customer called it crowded and overpriced
