In a 2025 review, a customer said Brendan and Delila remodeled three outdated bathrooms and did not flinch at the many issues that surfaced. That 2025 customer said the work came at a reasonable cost. A 2026 customer said D & M placed footings and made needed repairs on a deck where the original contractor had used floating footings. That 2026 customer also said Brendan came out on a Saturday to look at a roof with some sag in it, the company did the work the day after the deposit and completed it in a day, and the customer was given updates including photos of the work. A 2025 customer said they came and helped the day the customer called, and that the prices were reasonable and the work was clean. **Strengths:** - A three-bathroom remodel — a 2025 customer said surfaced issues did not faze them - A one-day roof job — a 2026 customer said it was completed in a day - Same-day help — a 2025 customer said they came the day they called ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer credited Brendan and Delilah with a new deck and screened-in porch flooring _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2taa05tNWFkVWxOY201U2VWSjVWMWhFYUdSamFHYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x7ca2fb9703d5b857!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkZkNm5adUlNcm5SeVJ5V1hEaGRjaGc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I couldn’t be happier with my new deck and screened in porch flooring.
