Dan was on the phone, Erik came out, and that customer said they were at the home until 7:30 at night making sure the AC was up and running. The company's website describes it as a heating company serving Auburn, NH and surrounding areas, and says it has been in business three years. Google shows 5 stars from 57 ratings. A recent customer said Erik and Dan installed and have maintained their mini split systems. A 2024 customer on Angi described adding an AC/heat pump mini-split to a sunroom: the install started 4 days after the quote was accepted and was completed in just under 6 hours. That 2024 customer said the quote beat other vendors by 20% and 40%. A recent customer said the company guided them through rebates and incentive programs on their installation. A 2025 customer said Eric and his assistant installed a new HVAC system to replace a 20 year old one, took the old equipment away, and priced the job $3k under the closest bid. A 2025 customer said the company replaced their A/C condenser, then corrected a furnace problem that was none of their doing at no additional cost. A 2025 customer said it installed purge valves in the heating circuit for a Viessmann 300-V hot water tank, valves the original contractor had omitted. A 2026 customer said a furnace problem was fixed within the hour. A 2026 customer said its jobs for them ran from redoing their entire HVAC to all new plumbing for their bathrooms and kitchen. A New Hampshire HVAC licence, number GFE0802777, held by Daniel J Dandurand, is active on the state registry. Its BBB grade is A+. **Strengths:** - Same-evening AC repair — a recent customer said they stayed until 7:30 at night - Mini-split installs — a 2024 sunroom install finished in under 6 hours - Rebate help — a recent customer said they guided them through incentive programs - A low bid — a 2025 customer said it came $3k under the closest bid ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Dan and Erik stayed until 7:30 at night getting their AC up and running after a late Monday call _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pKelZWSlBXSGhxZFVoTU9HdHhhbU5YWW10VlkyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x104a3b893f7a148c!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjJzVVJPWHhqdUhMOGtxamNXYmtVY2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Would give 100 stars if I could.
