One customer said an oven repair was scheduled within 24 hours of the request and done for a reasonable price. A customer wrote that Christian fixed their washing machine and had earlier repaired their stove. A 2026 customer said the technician diagnosed a bad coil in a dryer within 5 minutes, replaced it with a part from the truck, and had the dryer working in less than an hour. In a 2026 Reddit comment, a customer said it costs about $99 for them to show up, and that fee goes toward the final bill if the repair goes ahead.
