A recent customer who found Tim through a neighbor says the company gets to their house as soon as it can and is not over priced. A 2026 customer who had no heat on a very cold morning said the company responded quickly, and that Tim and Toby figured out a tricky problem with the gas furnace and got it corrected. A 2025 customer said the company had done multiple jobs for them and that they would use it again. In a 2015 Angi review, a customer with a plumbing emergency said Darling called back and offered to come within a half hour with no minimum charge, and that the plumber found the leak and replaced the burst pipe. That 2015 customer called the charge for the emergency work a reasonable price. A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that one of the company's work trucks was driven aggressively around town, riding 2 feet off someone's bumper and running a red light on a right turn. That 2025 reviewer also said they could find no company website or contact info other than an outsourced answering service. **Strengths:** - Same-day response — a recent customer said they usually come the same day - A gas furnace fix — a 2026 customer said Tim and Toby corrected a tricky problem - A burst pipe repair — a 2015 customer said the plumber found the leak, replaced the pipe **Concerns:** - Work truck driving — a 2025 reviewer said a work truck ran a red light ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer with multiple plumbing issues said the company usually responds the same day they call _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tOWFUydHBUa1J6VWs5dU1sTmpjVXBsUzJWbVVHYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb1fdc5097a2eef8!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkNXU2tpTkRzUk9uMlNjcUplS2VmUGc%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I’ve had multiple plumbing issues and Darlings always responds quickly, usually the same day I call.
